BARNSTABLE VILLAGE - The Assembly of Delegates and County Commissioners have reached agreement on restoring some of the $835,000 the AOD chopped from the commissioners' proposed budget in May.While the commissioners didn't get all of the $203,000 they'd requested, thanks to creative cuts and transfers by the AOD, all three positions that would've been lost have been restored.The two Information Technology staffers will allow the county to fulfill contracts with Cape towns, especially Harwich and Bourne, to cover IT services.
