Two longtime Cape Cod hotels — the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis and the Dan'l Webster Inn & Spa in Sandwich — have been sold to growing regional hospitality companies. Both hotels were sold by the Catania Hospitality Group. Cape Codder, with 266 rooms, meeting and event space and other amenities including four restaurants, was bought by Plymouth-based Linchris Hotel Corp., whose portfolio includes 30 properties across 12 states. In Massachusetts, that includes Hyannis' Anchor In, the Hotel 1620 in Plymouth, Surfside Hotel & Suites in Provincetown, and a Doubletree in Andover.
