Nyanyika Banda's voice quavered as she flipped through a notebook that documents what she said are incidents of bullying and abuse she suffered as a culinary arts teacher at Barnstable High School . Banda, who identifies as Malawian-American, said she began noting daily what she called "microaggressions" when conditions within the Wellness Department became unbearable. "I was constantly undermined and was never given a chance," said Banda, author of 'Black Panther: the Official Wakanda Cookbook.
