Sarah Peake, who has represented the 4th Barnstable District in the state House of Representatives for nearly 16 years.The primary election on Tuesday represents the first time Peake, also a 'P-Town' resident, has faced a challenger for her seat since 2010, according to Ballotpedia. An experienced member of the state legislature and current Second Assistant Majority Leader in the House, she carries the endorsement of Planned Parenthood, the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus, and Massachusetts Sens.
