When I made the reservation I was told to call 5 min. before arriving at the Steamship Authority & someone from Hertz would pick me up. I called as instructed and was told the franchise was under new ownership and they did not do pickups now. I was very upset because no one bothered to call and let me know so I could make a booking with another agency offering service at the Steamship Authority. I ended up having to pay a taxi $20 to take to & from the airport to pick up the car. I would never rent from Hertz again!!
